Vaccine Injury Resources

Reliable starting points for medical care, program information, and support after a suspected vaccine injury.

A suspected vaccine injury can bring urgent medical, financial, and emotional questions. The resources below can help families learn the vocabulary, locate support, and prepare for a conversation with counsel and medical professionals.

Outside resources are educational and do not replace individualized medical or legal advice. Keep copies of records and ask your treating providers to document symptoms, timing, diagnoses, and treatment.

Vaccine Injury Compensation Program

The federal Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) is a no-fault program for certain covered vaccines and injuries. Claims are filed in the United States Court of Federal Claims and are supported by medical records and the requirements of the program's current Vaccine Injury Table.

Eligibility, filing deadlines, and the evidence required depend on the vaccine, injury, and timing. A consultation can help you understand whether a VICP claim may be appropriate and what records should be gathered.

Support organizations

  • React19 — peer support, education, and resources for people experiencing suspected COVID-19 vaccine injuries.
  • National Vaccine Information Center — independent educational information about vaccines, risks, and informed consent.
  • Local patient advocates and condition-specific organizations — practical help with appointments, disability concerns, and day-to-day support.

Medical clinics and documentation

A primary-care physician, neurologist, rehabilitation specialist, or other appropriate clinician can evaluate symptoms and coordinate treatment. For complex cases, a clinic familiar with post-vaccination conditions may help organize care and review prior records.
